Refunds and cancellation
What is sold here
Everything sold here is a digital work you read in your THYLORA library. Nothing is shipped and there is no file to download, so there is nothing to send back.
When you can get your money back
Ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase if any of these is true:
- It never opened for you.
- It is not what the product page said it was.
- You bought the same thing twice by mistake.
You do not have to argue your case. Name which of the three applies and the refund is issued.
How to ask
Email vyc2st@gmail.com from, or naming, the email address you checked out with. That address is what a purchase is attached to, so it is how the order is found.
What happens then
The refund is returned to the card or account that paid. Your bank decides how quickly it appears; for most cards that is 5 to 10 business days. A refunded purchase is removed from your library, because you are no longer paying for it.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and nothing recurring here. Each purchase is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
Services
Service work is not currently on sale. When a service opens for orders, its own cancellation and refund terms are stated in full on its product page before you can buy it, and those stated terms apply.
