Refund Policy

We want each product to match its description and be accessible as stated on its product page.

Digital products and access

Because digital content may become available after purchase, completed digital sales are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. A customer may request review within 14 calendar days of purchase when:

• the content is defective or cannot be accessed using the stated requirements;
• the customer was charged more than once for the same transaction;
• the delivered product materially differs from its description; or
• the purchase was unauthorized.

To request review, email vyc2st@gmail.com with the order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the problem. Do not send complete card numbers or other sensitive payment information. We may ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting or provide information needed to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the resolution may include corrected access, replacement, store credit if the customer agrees, or a refund to the original payment method. We do not control or guarantee a bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Personalized and custom products

After personalized work begins, cancellation or refund is generally unavailable unless the result is defective, materially differs from the agreed scope, contains an error caused by the store, or applicable law requires otherwise. Any product-specific revision or cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

Coming Soon

A card marked “Coming Soon” or “In Production” is informational only. It is not an offer for purchase, does not reserve an item, and should not collect payment.

Physical goods

If physical goods are offered, the product page and applicable return instructions will state the return conditions. A defective, damaged, or incorrect physical item should be reported within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.
