Your order
Everything you buy here is delivered to you on the web. Nothing is posted, and there is no order number to keep.
Something made for you
If you ordered something made for you — a portrait, a card, a postcard, a storybook — you send us what it needs, and you approve it before it counts as delivered. That happens here:
Sign in with the email address you bought with. Your order is attached to that address, so there is nothing to type in and nothing to look up.
How signing in works right now
- Ask that page to email you a sign-in link.
- Open the email and copy the link.
- Come back to that page and paste the link into the box on it.
Tapping the link straight out of your mail app will not land you back on the page yet. Pasting it in is the way through. You do it once on each device; after that you stay signed in. A link works once and then expires, so if one has gone stale, ask for a fresh one.
What you do there
Add your photograph or file. Answer the questions about what you want. Answer the consent questions. Look over what you wrote, then send it. The page shows you what stage it is at. When it is made you are shown it first, and you either approve it or ask for a change. Only after you approve does it become yours, and you can reopen it any time after that at no cost.
Something to read
Reading material you bought lives in your library instead: thylora-library.vercel.app. Same rule — sign in with the address you bought with.
Your privacy
What you send is private by default. It is used to make your order and nothing else: never published, never shown as an example, never used to train anything. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, and the files are genuinely removed from storage, not merely marked as deleted.
Where things actually stand
Today only reading material is open for orders. The made-for-you wares are drafts: their prices are authorized, but they are not open, and no delivery time has been agreed for any of them. This page describes the path an order takes when one exists — it is not a claim that every ware is on sale.
The front door
If you want to see the whole place rather than just your own order, the warehouse is the way in: thylora-warehouse.vercel.app. It has five doors and each one tells you whether it is open before you walk through it. One is open today.
